Role Overview 

As an Event Technology Coordinator, you will build and manage event technology across virtual, hybrid, and in-person events — from registration sites to on-site operations. You'll keep multiple projects on track, ensure data accuracy, and support teams in delivering a seamless attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and manage Cvent event registration websites, Cvent event apps, forms, and content across virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using Cvent. 
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing timelines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Travel onsite to support live events, managing registration, mobile apps, engagement tools, and badge printing technology. 
  • Organize and consolidate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to select and implement engagement tools that align with event goals and enhance the attendee experience. 
  • Manage exhibitor-facing technology processes, including communications, data collection, profile setup, and support. 
  • Proof and review content across websites, emails, and reports to ensure consistency and quality. 
  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment. 

Requirements 

  • 2-3 years of event technology, event coordination, or a related field; strong attention to detail; ability to travel for events 

Preferred 

  • Relevant experience working with Cvent (Registration, Attendee Hub, OnArrival, and Reporting) 
  • Survey and feedback tools (Jotform) 
  • Zoom Webinars 
  • Basic HTML and CSS 

Reporting Line 

Reports to the IT Director and works cross-functionally with the Event, Sales, and Marketing teams. 

Job Location & Work Hours 

This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely if located outside of a 45-minute drive from Dothan, AL. 

 
Candidates within a 45-minute drive will be required to work in-office. 

Local team members may work remotely one day per week, depending on team needs and role requirements. 

This role requires travel to 3–4+ events per year, with each trip typically lasting 4–6 days. All travel expenses are covered. 

Hours: 

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
