Support Team Specialist

The National Trial Lawyers is a professional Membership organization comprised of over 10,000 attorneys, and we are looking for a self-motivated Support Team Specialist to contribute to our efforts to create a personalized experience for each of the qualified attorneys.  To provide service excellence to each of our qualified attorneys, we make personal connections via phone, email, and letter to educate on our benefits and address any questions they may have regarding their potential Membership with us.  Your job as a Support Team Specialist will be to contact qualified attorneys on an assigned schedule with the rest of our team and to make a special connection with each attorney you contact. 

Position Objectives: 

  • Personalize and enhance the connection 
  • Communicate Membership value 
  • Confirm contact information and update internal data 


  • Assisting in the research process for inviting qualified attorneys to the organization 
  • Confirming contact data for accuracy 
  • Correct database information as needed 
  • Work on special projects as needed 
  • Partner with Strategic Membership Director (SMD) to expand Membership 


  • Experience in sales or telecommunication 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to think on your feet in conversational settings 
  • Must be able to work as an individual and part of a team 
  • Willingness to learn and apply your knowledge in a fast-paced work setting 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Strong data entry skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
