Special Project Facilitator

Legal Associations Management (LAM) is a professional Membership Organization that helps manage, grow, and elevate legal associations across the United States. Your job as a Special Project Facilitator will be to work with LAM management and our association partners to contact current and potential members regarding membership within our association partners’ organization. This project is highly collaborative and will require the ideal candidate to have exceptional customer service, communication (both written and verbal), time management and problem-solving skills.

Position Objectives:

  • Personalize and enhance the connection between the organization and the attorney Member/invitee
  • Communicate Membership value in a precise and professional manner
  • Collaborate with LAM and association partner management members via email, phone, and video chat

Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls and emails to attorneys identified by our association partners as current or potential members
  • Contacting members regarding their membership dues payments with our association partners
  • Locate member biographies and photos to be added to membership directories upon joining or renewing association membership
  • Assist the Concierge Team Director and Director of Operations with membership-related tasks and weekly reporting
  • Confirm information and correct within our database of information as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or telecommunication
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think on your feet in conversational settings
  • Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to learn and apply your knowledge in a fast-paced work setting
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Flexible and willing to help other teammates when needed
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
