Step 1: Add Us to Your Address Book

Add to your contacts so you don’t miss important updates for you and your booth staff.

Step 2: Sign in to the Exhibitor Resource Center

  • Log in at exhibitors.cvent.com
  • Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the prompts.

Step 3: Add Booth Staff

  • Click Team in the left menu
  • Select Add Booth Staff (blue button, top right)
  • Click Share Sign-Up Link
  • Choose the correct Registration Type and copy the link
  • Share the link with your staff to self-register, or complete registration for them directly
    • When registering on behalf of multiple people, do this between each registration:
    • Clear browser cookies/cache
    • Quit the browser
    • Reopen the browser
    • Return to the Portal Registration link and register the next person
    • Note: The system can sometimes mix up a new registration with your last one — these steps prevent that.

Step 3B: 🆕 New This Year — Hotel Booking (on Select Events)

  • After completing registration, staff will see a “Book Room” button on their confirmation page. They must click it to reserve a room. Each registered staff member can book one room. Skipping this step means there will be no hotel reservation.

Step 4: Update Your Profile

  • Click Profile in the left menu
  • Select Edit > Edit Profile (blue button, top right)
  • Make your updates
  • Click Save

Step 5: Review Your Tasks

Review your tasks and mark them complete as you go!
